Pasta Without Cheese

Talk about Italian Cuisines and we would all start craving for pastas and pizzas. However Italian cuisine is a diverse cuisine. Every Italian region has a distinctive   set of flavours, recipes,   and ingredients. As the Italian regions were not    originally  united as a whole nation until the mid-19th century; therefore, we get to see the different varieties of cuisines with different flavours. Italian food has gone through many drastic changes and with each change  it has come up with a improved and more tasteful cuisines. Climate and natural landscape have  also played a major role in shaping regional cuisines. Creamy risotto and other delicately flavored dishes predominate in the Northern regions, while bright olive oil and tomato-based recipes rule the sunny South.
Apart from climate, many invasions and history has also played an important role in shaping the Italian cuisine. If you visit Italy, you will get to know that each region has completely unique method of preparing a same dish.
You can also look for  a   wide regional assortment of wonderful breads and pastas  throughout Italy. Italian breads differ significantly in size, taste, and texture. The large, chewy ciabatta loaves of Lombardy’s Lake Como and the thin, crunchy grissini breadsticks of Turin are on opposite ends of the spectrum.
One of the most famous cuisines of Italy which is also popular worldwide is Pasta. It is one of those cuisines which is loved by everyone. No matter , whether you are a kid or a grown up, you will surely going to like the sumptuous, mouth watering Pasta of Italy.  It is the cuisine which has become very popular. People love experimenting with this new dish brought straight from Italy.
Typically, pasta is a noodle made from an unleavened dough of a durum wheat flour mixed with water and formed into sheets or various shapes, then cooked and served in any number of dishes. It can be made with flour from other cereals or grains, and eggs may be used instead of water. Pastas may be divided into two broad categories, dried (pasta secca) and fresh (pasta fresca).
Both dried and fresh pasta come in a number of shapes and varieties, with 310 specific forms known variably by over 1300 names having been documented.  In Italy the names of specific pasta shapes or types often vary with locale.
Pasta is one of those dishes which has been also  loved In India. There are a lot of Italian restaurants in India where they serve authentic Italian Cuisine and most importantly Pasta.
Thousands of Indian follow David Roccos’s program to learn to make some authentic pasta dishes.  Italy and India are pretty similar when it comes to food. The only difference between these two countries is that Indians prefer more spicy food than Italian.
I am a huge fan of David Rocco. I always follow his program and learn a lot about Italian cuisines using Indian ingredients. When I got to learn about the contest to make a pasta, using my own recipe, I never felt so happy. I finally got an opportunity to be a chef.
When it comes to cooking, I am a very lazy person ( Frankly speaking, I prefer my having my mother’s cooked food). For the past few months, I was looking for a new dish for my breakfast as I was tired of having same old fruits and milk. I wanted something tasty yet healthy. After I received the amazing packet of lovely looking pasta from Del Monte , a new recipe for breakfast hit my mind which is fast as well has healthy. I have named it Pasta salad as it taste good and perfect for those who are looking for ways to reduce weight. It is very common that cheese is added to pasta but I have not added cheese in my dish.
